Wild & Associates, Inc. offers a variety of services designed to increase the quality and effectiveness of your services to your clients. We help your staff learn as we progress through a project, so your employees will be able to implement and maintain improvements after the project is complete. We usually customize a program to fit the needs of your organization. Our services often fall into one of two areas:

Meeting Certification Standards
With our Certification Audit service, clients will learn about the two major certification standards – specifically ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons and National Commission for Certifying Agencies Standards for Accreditation of Certification Programs (NCCA).
Clients learn how their certification program’s policies, procedures and documentation compare to the requirements of these two standards. Suggestions for improvement are also provided to clients. Many clients use the report from the audit to encourage their board to move forward with program changes – or convince them that some changes might not be necessary.

I’m very pleased to offer a workshop that has been developed with the help of my clients to bring a small group of certification professionals together to enjoy a short, intense, interactive version, of the consulting that my clients have individually in their offices.

Work directly with Cheryl and a small group of certification program leaders, at the outcomes-based workshop: Improving the Quality of Your Certification Program: A Learning and Planning Retreat and Follow-Up Feature
To get into a workshop, you contact Cheryl and there is an interview to discuss the status of your certification program plans and which month you want to commit to the quality improvement workshop. Winter months workshops are at Longboat Key, Florida for two days of learning and planning the appropriate next steps to improve the quality in your organization. Spring and summer months workshops are conducted at Avon by the Sea, New Jersey. The next workshop is March 26-27, 2012 (Monday-Tuesday) in Florida, with a special, free workshop on March 28 for clients and subscribers.
